Flame hardening

The achieved depth of hardened surface layer is 3 – 10 mm.

Types of flame hardened pieces:

• running wheels and gearwheels to M10 module from fi 50 to fi 100 x 350 mm and weighting max. 850 kg ,
• axles and rolls to module M40 fi max. 2500 x 750 mm, weighting max. 3000 kg,
• ledges and guides from 20 mm thickness to 250 x 5500 mm width, weighting max. 3000 kg.
