Heat treatment

We provide heat treatment for all steel grades as required by our production programs and business partners.

The service includes:

• Volume heat treatment of steels: stress-relief annealing, soft annealing, diffusion annealing, normalizing, hardening and tempering.
• Chemical and heat treatment of steel surface: case hardening, flame hardening, induction hardening.
• Surface (induction) hardening of rolls and other products.
• Tempering of used rolls.

Years of experience and extensive knowledge about materials enable us to use different heat treatment techniques and carry out complex destructive and non-destructive tests in our laboratory for material testing. Expertise, reliability, knowledge and experience – all are virtues of our qualified staff.

Heat treatment is carried out under air and protective atmosphere as well as in salt baths. Our rich experience allows us to perform all types of heat treatment for machined and unmachined products made of unalloyed to high-alloyed steel grades and of different geometries and dimensions like forgings, castings, welded pieces and tools.
