We are a creative organism and our openness outwards empowers us to be self-critic, therefore we can always improve our work.
Training and education
In Sistemska tehnika we are aware, that the higher expertise can only be developed along with rising of the educational structure within the company. We therefore put a lot of effort into educating and training of employees, which is part of our well considered human resource management policy. A better educational structure paves the way for building up distinctive competitive advantages, which for the employees means a higher chance to retain employment.

Managing the younger generations, scholarship
We know that the path to knowledge begins at an early age, than it evolves in high school and later at the faculty. Therefore we take action to inform pupils in primary schools of the professions needed in future, we organize mandatory training and apprenticeship in cooperation with school centres and we also help them with papers and research projects within their educational period. Also we throughout obtain and employ experts in different fields with help of scholarships for many professions at different educational levels.
